Estimated Delivery Times: Once processed, your item will arrive within 7-14 business days worldwide. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your local customs clearance processes.

Tracking Your Order: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active. You can safely track your package in real-time using the Shop App.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us immediately with your name and order number. We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the local carrier.
